New to Ohio (2018)

MadTree is going to have a few from them on tap next Thursday, I believe.

Glad to hear they are coming to Ohio. I love their IPAs.

 

They aren't actually starting distribution here, are they?

Lizardville's events page says they may never be back in Ohio.

 

I've also heard this is the case for the Lost Abbey we got. One time shipment, one and done. Is this true?

 

That's what I thought. But they are coming through Cavalier distributors. Maybe temporarily?!

 

We have seen two "drops" from Lost Abbey. Now did Cavalier Distributors get one large drop and then split it up? That I do not know.

I can confirm this. They have Daisy Cutter and GoneAway 4-packs by the beer checkout.

Picked up four packs of Juju in Athens at the Kroger this morning. They had quite a bit on hand and it was bottled on the 6th.

 

What's the canned date?

Cross-posting this from the NEIPAs in Ohio thread since I know some of you don't look there. Anyone know anything about Crooked Pecker Brewing? Came across them on Rich Armon's blog and they only have a FB page. Brewery in Chagrin Falls specializing in NEIPAs. Their Facebook page only shows pictures of their beers but nothing about opening date, etc. Anyone know anything about them, the brewer, the space, etc.? The pictures of the beer look excellent.

 

@howopeeps may have more info on Crooked Pecker, but I believe they are opening sometime this summer.

 

Appears most Columbus shops only got one case of JuJu for the first drop.

CBC tweeted more Creeper this week though.
