Animations for a party in a brewery

    How about some beer/food parings, small plates. Or small beer flights. or a beer theme tasting. Say a focus on malts or hops for example.

    It would be a funny exercise to have some esoteric cheeses from all over France, unidentified, arranged to be identified. I'd like to be a fly on the wall, or a participant!
