According to a posting on Facebook:

Today marks the beginning of our ongoing series of 22 oz. bomber sales. And we decided to go big on the first one. Very big. We're talking 14.5% Double Black IPA big. RAGE, of course. $16 each, first come, first serve and only available in the taproom.

Stay tuned for info about our subsequent bomber releases this year: Barrel-Aged Dystopia, Barrel-Aged Cabra Perdida and right before Christmas, Delusion.

I'm so excited. I reeeeeeeeeeeeealy wish they were not 5 hours away.

I reeeeeeeeeally wish breweries didn't jack up their prices when bottling bombers. Wasn't Rage just available a few weeks ago in 12oz for $6 each. Please give me 2 less ounces and charge me $4 more.

Greenbush is no joke, the beer is worthwhile. The prices, much like Three Floyds, is a bit puzzling.

Their pub is really cool and anybody driving around Lake Michigan would be foolish to not stop in. That said, I wasn't wowed by any of their beers and $16 for a Black DIPA is a tough pill to swallow.

I agree, Greenbush is pretty damn solid.
I haven't had many of their brews over the last year. Had a couple at ValpoFest a short while ago though.

Made a trip there last November after visiting Bell's and watching my Bears kick the shit out of Detoit. Green bush was the highlight of the trip. It was such a cool place!
    Has it changed much?

I understand the business and economic side of it all but, as mentioned earlier, paying more money for less beer if not really all that fun for consumers. I can understand why it is done but I do not have to like it. Maybe puzzling was not the best choice of words, I am more curious why they went this route. I am not going to bitch, complain and name call over beer pricing, I think my previous posting history has addressed my feelings on that well enough.

I wasn't saying you were incorrect. I have two 12 oz bottles of Rage in my basement fridge, so not sure why a 22 oz bomber would be priced higher. But, I drink, I like, and I buy.

I may be part of the problem, apparently!

Totally agree. I just like stopping by the brewpub for a nice bite to eat and some tasty brews on tap. Maybe a growler to go.... usually don't buy bottles due to price.

Greenbush makes a lot of great beers. Many craft brewers charge high prices for their beers. That's how it goes. I'll spend my money at Greenbush anytime.

I scored a greenbush rage from a random bad ass dude in the three floyds parking lot yesterday wile walking out with a pile of beer! Awesome score and cant wait to drink it!

Not that everyone cares but Ive had quite a week in beer hauls!
My mother is in town from the bay area and brought me a suitcase full of Lost Abbey, FW, RR and Drakes!
Scored a Melange 3 and pumpkinator on trade and yesterday got a case of ZD, and a bunch of misc bombers from FFF. And like I said, to top it all off, greenbush beers in the FFF parking lot!

My question is does this mean these will no longer be available in the 12 oz bottles?

I support Greenbush and their above average to good beer. I really liked their 12 ounce pricing on sixers and mixed sixers. I too am perplexed by the move to bombers at a premium price. With their supply being pretty limited on anything they bottle, I wish they would have opted to stick with 12 ouncers in order to spread the beer a little further. Hopefully they can continue to grow, and increase their distribution beyond the pub.

Barrel Aged Dystopia today. Anyone try this? I was thinking of cruising up there after work.
