    Contract brewing is not illegal. Contract brewing for someone who owns a bar is illegal, which is why you have the Brash Brewing clusterfuck.

    Word. She told me she was "in talks" with a brewery she wouldn't name but didn't feel that the deal was going to work out ( to contract brew). Now She is going to wait until they can build their own brewery here in Austin.

    I really wanted to take a picture at Whip In yesterday with all the shelves pretty much barren because of Austin Beer Week and two rows of South Austin Brewing Saison D'Austin completely full from back to front. $11.99, btw. :confused:
