I know what garam masala is, and by light I meant a light amount of it. Tired Hands brewed an IPA with "a dash of yellow Madras curry spice" that I enjoyed, so why couldn't a "dash" of garam masala work in a porter? There are savory components (bay leaf), but also cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.

Mine actually exists. It's Half Acre Space (IPA). But it's not canned. And I live in Colorado.
    *sigh*

I would like to be the lead for Proprietors. Although I'd probably just clone Prop '14.

A saison or a pilsner with lavender . Lavender tastes soapy to me when cooked in food. But I think i would like it in a pils or in a saison.

You already have one, your palate. Maybe pallet?

Why would I need a brewery to brew a beer for me when I can brew it myself?

DFH made a beer with lavender a few years back. I enjoyed it. Not sure if it was a one time or not.

    Biere de Provence

    Enjoy

Check with your local town zoning department - I had to get a variance to allow them to park the truck in my driveway.

Shortly this: that the technique for removing alcohol from beer to be perfected. It should also get much cheaper. Now the craft brewers have very limited possibilities to have non-alcoholic versions.

A wild ale with lots of apricots, that is super heavy and complex; not too tart. Basically, make Westly from Sante Adairius for me so that I can have it all the time.

Sticky Hands by Block 15 is my dream beer. Almost always have fresh cans in my fridge.

4.2% dry hopped pilsner. not overly hoppy, but nice strong aroma from saaz, clean yeast character, long fermentation low final gravity. crisp, dry, balanced, slightly bitter, no cloying sweetness. Fujizakura Heights Pils is pretty close to this.

5% double dry hopped belgian pale ale with cascade and citra, oats, crystal malts, long fermentation with low final gravity. there's something very unique about that hop combination that goes really well with a double or triple belgian ale yeast. expensive beer to make but well worth it if done properly. Kind of a rare style but is my favorite homebrew recipe. Takes a long time and isn't cheap.
