I try not to have more than 12 beers in my fridge at a time. Normally I have about eight. Generally my method is when I have two beers left I'll go out and buy a four pack or six pack of a different beer. Right now my fridge consists of two Bearded Iris Waffle Talk and a newly purchased six pack of Mayday Angry Redhead.

Ding Ding Ding...Sometimes I just sit there and look at the fridge debating what I should or shouldn't drink....It's pathetic really and I need stop doing it.

I have that same fridge...I like It too but the temp control has never really worked. Its suppose to range from 35 - 55 but really just seems to hover around 40 no matter where I set the dial

I have three beers in my Fridge. A bomber of Dogfather, Citra Free Rise, and a 750 of Figlet.

Trying to not keep as much beer in the house. My new rule is no more then 6 beers in the fridge at a time.

Poll parameters don’t match up well for me...but I selected 4 as the closer of the options...

I typically have several in the family fridge that my wife insists filling with food. I have a dedicated mini fridge for beer and I box and store some beers for aging m. And I have beers cellering at my 2 of my brother’s homes in WV...time to go home and open that 2008 DFH 120 Minute...

I can't cast a vote none of these apply to me. I want to say I have about 300 beers on hand as of now. Keep buying IPAs so takes a while to go through my stash. My stash is in two different closets and stays at a good cellar temp. Drunk many of the stouts warm and was perfect, guess it's nice to live in Michigan as a beer drinker that won't invest in a beer fridge and likes to age beer.
I also have probably 30 beers in the fridge to help slow aging process for IPAs.
So my vote would be 15-30 beers constantly in the fridge with 200 hidden in a cool dark place.

I've got half a six pack. I'll get more when I want more.

I have at least a dozen different kinds of beer on hand. For those where freshness is paramount (hoppy, pilsner) I have a dedicated mini-fridge kept at a cold setting. For the remainder of saisons/farmhouse/country, wilds, BA/non-BA stouts I have a dedicated (wine?) fridge set at 50 degrees. A cellar would be nice, but as a renter, I’m happy with my current set up.

I bought a fridge thermometer to try to dial it in. I have found the dial to be touchy. I’ve gotten it down to 36 by turning it all the way to cold

Almost all year my choice would have been #1, but I picked two because right now I have a few units left of each of two stouts that only come out once a year that I'm doling out because that's it until next year. I'll be back to #1 in a couple of weeks. I keep beer that's not currently in my fridge in the basement (not the "cellar") where it's cool and out of the way.

I normally have around 10 different beers on hand and I keep them in my regular fridge. I have a cellar that stays about 50-60°, so I am experimenting with aging.

We plan to finish our basement, which may possibly include a bar (would be sweet if my wife let me do this).

If it’s not smashed between a bag of pasta and a bottle of BBQ sauce in the fridge, then it sits on the kitchen floor at room temp. I’m a rebel!

I have easily 20 different beers on hand. I have a cellar that has several cases that I'm drinking down. I'm actually trying to get away from cellaring, it's rare that a beer improves all that much and I'm trying to downsize where I live.

Have a mini fridge turned into a beer jockey with a ss tubing coil and a picnic tap for homebrew that fits about 20 beers underneath and on the door, backup beers on the steps from my basement to the backyard. This time of year I drink the beer from the steps, it is at a nice temperature. 750s in the food fridge, beer cellared in the cellar.

somewhere in the middle. 2-3 cases of beer in the "cellar" with verticals and experiments. Fridge usually only has a six-pack

We received a free wine fridge awhile back. The "dorm size" that everyone is used to. It has somewhere between 20-40 beers. 8 of those are bombers. It doubles as a fridge for champagne.

I keep 1 of anything we might like to drink - which includes everything from 4-6 different Belgians to several BA stouts to a couple real limited, to random things I have picked up or traded for. Always have a BCBS in the fridge, although rarely dig into it although I want to.

Not sure exactly quantity in the cellar, but I am somewhere in the 200"ish" bottle category total.

My storage has varied considerably. In CT, I had a basement I kept stocked with, at its peak, over 200 brews of various ages. Some I had personally aged for years.

When I moved, I significantly downsized, so I drank down a bunch of my cellar. Still, I maintained probably 4-6 cases in my "cellar," only now it was a closet.

When I moved again, I drank down almost the entire cellar (it wasn't my idea), leaving me at a low point of maybe 1-2 cases, max. I had almost nothing aged left, no Belgians, very limited styles.

I have since started rebuilding (although my "cellar" is still a closet). I don't have much aged, but I do have enough to restart that process. I've got somewhere from 5-6 cases on hand now, although my style diversity is still a touch lacking (no Belgians, no sours).

What I prefer to have on hand at all times:
-Fresh IPAs in the fridge (preferably 2 or 3 different ones)
-Around three cases of stouts (to drink throughout the year, and maintain some for aging)
-At least two cases of barrel aged brews and rarer options (some for drinking, some for aging, some for trading/gifting)
