    I personally find aging 99% of beers to be detrimental. Basically anything that isn't a barleywine or mixed fermentation sour...and I'm not sure aging actually helps either of those, it just makes them different.

    Craft beer made me appreciate macro beers 10x more than I used to. Outside of a Heineken or Corona Light sitting in the sun I've never had a bad one.

    That bit's a fallacy, but here goes:

    The long and the short of it is that two problems with craft beer are price and availability and Big Beer can solve both issues.
