Agreed! I loved how its somewhere in between english style and american style. Lots of great toffee and caramel but with a slight piney hop presence. I simply cannot wait for the rum barrel aged version!

 

Wasn't sure if you got a complete answer here, but: they don't care about growler labels (in fact the last growler I got from them was unlabeled IIRC), but it is 64oz only. Growler fills are available during FF but you have to remove the growler from the premises, and sales stop at 9PM sharp or maybe a little earlier. Incidentally, I believe the reason you never bought a growler in 2007 was that it was illegal at the time. I'm hoping to make it to FF myself, not sure if I'll be able.

Separately: Anybody know where bottles of Murder might be available in the NH area?

 

They fill 32oz and 64oz growlers for certain, I get them all the time. Never inquired about 2L.

 

Huh...my info is out of date I guess. Maybe I should be visiting NEBCo more often

 

I'm pretty sure NEBCO would fill 7-11 big gulp cups

Anyone going to FF tonight? I'm kinda torn. I love the beer, but it kinda turned into a shitshow and was a pain to get beer last month. Was packed as all hell by 6:45. Trying to figure out if I wanna make the 45 miutes drive...

Seahag on cask? That was the third tap item last time I was in. I know they brewed another batch of GB but it won't be ready for three weeks. They have a cask system for FF's?

I was told the cask is Chipotle Ghost Pigeon Porter.

I hope to make it over to the brewery at some point for FF or even just a growler fill but it won't be tonight. I'll just have to be content with the FBS I picked up at Coastal this afternoon for this weekend.
