Bruery 2018 RS/HS Allocations

I was trying to buy Chocolate Salty Bbls today Sunday 2/18/18 and it reads SOLD OUT!
Am I too late or is this a glitch.

Have they done away with the wishlist feature? Haven't seen it so far this year. Maybe I missed something?

 

Do they use actual fruit or fruit puree for the frucht beers ?

 

Same issue here as well. I was under the impression that I could buy 3 bottles up through 2/18 (the "48 hours left" e-mail on Friday basically confirmed as much), but it appears sold out on the site, with me having purchased 0 bottles.

I hadn't run into this issue with allocations in the past, but it's particularly shitty given that this beer is being included in the Preservation Society packages.

 

The Welcome Booklet sez February but I haven't heard any details yet. Might be part of tomorrow's White Chocolate email.

It's been very unusual for a society beer to sell out. Especially mid month. I maxed out, so while it still appears in my list, I can't see any bottles.

Great point! While I think I only took advantage of the wishlist once last year, I have not seen that option this year.

I don't usually wait until the last day but I have several times before and I can't ever remember not being able to get a Society beer during the allocation window. Chocolate Salty Bbl looks to be the first one (OG Society member).
Edit; Hopefully not the case based on the last post. Good news as I wanted that beer.

 

They did away with the wishlist feature halfway through 2017.

 

Chronology 6 Old Ale really is delightful. I think it's actually my favorite from that series. A bit cloying but tons of flavor.

I think so. They went back to the original way of allocations which was a couple weeks long instead of just one week followed by a bunch of second chance sales. I'm happy with it going back and they kind of snuck it in at the tail end of last year.

 

Does the society glass count as 1 space in a shipper? Got 11 bottles right now

 

Anyone know if the society fulfillment center is open today? Email said nothing this morning and no one answered the two times I called.

 

I emailed this morning about a pickup and they responded at about 11am. So I would assume that they are and probably busy since it seems half of the workforce has today off....and none of the breweries do.

Also, I emailed at about 9am for a pickup today and they said it was fine. Although I only have 1 bottle. =P
