First off, congrats on the upcoming child!

Now, to answer your question...I am really looking forward to drinking large quantities of Thirsty Dog 12 Dogs of Christmas.

Depends on the holiday. Thanksgiving/Christmas - Celebration
Groundhog Day/President's Day - Nugget Nectar
Easter/Passover/4th of July/Labor Day - Too far away
And when Sucks is released, it will feel just like a holiday.

Thanksgiving: Celebration (fresh), Cantillion (pairs great with harvest meal), Ipswich Oatmeal Stout later with Desert.

Christmas Eve: Celebration(the bomb), Old Fezziwig (great post meal sipper).
Christmas Day: Berkshire Coffeehouse Porter after church. SA Holiday Porter with lunch. Brooklyn BCS + Trappist Ale (Dubbel/Tripel or Quad) with afternoon dessert and basketball on TV. I also like explaining to my family how the trappist beers are made by Monks.

St Patricks Day: Guiness+Smitwicks, and plenty of cheap beer while out at pubs celebrating. Probably my biggest drinking day of the year.

Easter: Saisons/belgians maybe or no beer, not a big drinking holiday for me.

Cinco De Mayo: Maybe a Dos Equis and/or Anejo Tequila if it happens to fall around a weekend.

4th of July: Some sort of AAL and probably a fresh IPA (smuttynose).

Also various homebrews consumed at every holiday.

    Cheers.

Most of my favorites have been mentioned, but one that hasn't, and rarely ever does get mentioned is, Full Sail Wassail.

Dunno why, but every Christmas I get some Chimay Blue, and a bottle of Chivas Regal. Nobody's complained yet.
