Has anybody seen any Revolution VSOD anywhere in or around Chicago? I went threw all the Deep Woods I had. So if anybody knows who might still have some on the shelf, please let me know. I tried all the places claiming to have it on beer menus and it was a bust. Any help would be awesome. Cheers!
I believe Binny's Portage Park might have it. Stacks last time was there a few weeks ago. Or I have 3 cans if you have any Ryeway
I'd be surprised if it's still sitting on shelves. Ive been on the hunt myself. No dice. On a different note, im surprised that cafe deth has a higher alcohol content than vsod.
Saw some at a binnys on Monday I was a passenger so sorry not sure which one. We were heading from corridor brewery to Mikerphone. It appereared to be a new Binnys.
@HIGHPA this is probably the one I mentioned. It's at Irving and Lamon. I would be shocked if they are out.
I am near this Portage Park Binny's and was there on Thursday and can confirm they still had VSOD on the shelf. There is a section of Revolution beer with some and at the end of the opposite side of that aisle there are a collection of BA beers and there was some there too.
I believe it's because VSOD is last year's DT (13.4%) while Cafe is from this year's, which is 14.8% ABV.
Yeah I didn't realize the alcohol content is different. Too bad I don't have any of last year's to compare.
