If you follow the original BPT ticket link it says tickets will go on sale on 2/28 at 8pm Eastern Time.

 

Vassago was in the cooler yesterday, I don't think they said anything about it.

Real talk, what time should I shoot to be at AC for the TBBW bottle releases? Out towner doing a Spring Break beercation.

I'm totally down to be flexible on time but with so much cool beer shit going on this week, I don't want to burn way more time than needed. I figure it needs to be earlier on Thursday due to flippers looking to pay mortgages for a few months.

I read the last couple pages of this thread, sorry if it is posted earlier. What is AC's bottle release policy? I know the parking issues and likely 1 pp, but is it cash only? How quickly does the line move? Wristbands? Sorry for the questions, feel free to point me somewhere else if I missed it!

 

Cash or cards. Cards go inside, while cash picks up bottles at the bay door. Cash is the way to go. Much quicker. I have not know them to do bracelets at any release i've been to, but I've never been during TBBW.

 

I've never seen them do bracelets but don't worry, the front of the line (myself and the other regulars) will be self policing at least for the front. weds and thurs will be the days where it sucks and people will likely be there early (maybe 6-7am) for the noon releases. Expect and influx of people after cycle line gets done (around 9-10am people will get to ac from cycle).

Parking is what it is at angry chair, do what you can by parking where it's logical not within your best interest.

I got into BBT (unlike most) as time changed and couldn’t add to cart. Complete BS

 

I hear ya. Clicked on 2 tickets, add to cart and poof. Got smacked down with a sold out page.

Yea. I have been lucky enough to make a few of their events and love them but I think they are right when they acknowledge it’s time for a venue change. Has to be a happy middle ground that allows more people to attend. In the mean time, good for them and good for the people that got tickets. It’s beer week, I’ll get into some other nonsense.

 

It simply doesn't seem possible for 120 people to have checked out in .0001 seconds. Sure maybe people tried to add to cart (like myself), but I was under the impression after past experiences with this that that does not constitute a sale at that point.

 

I got 2. Started f5'ing 2min prior to the sale time.

 

I was lucky enough to get 2 as well. I feel like this is the luckiest I've been with any beer event/tickets
