    Grimm beers are usually in high demand (especially the cans). Cans have been limited to low counts per person. Grimm Artisanal Ales supply their beers at low prices (and have NOT raised their prices recently) to the distributor, who supply the retail shops, and therefore are not responsible for the final price you may encounter. They try to support the "Mom and Pop" shops that sell their beer. Hopefully, we should all support these small shops. Also available at select Whole Foods beer departments with limits to spread the wealth among your fellow BA brethren. :sunglasses:

    The latest fitness craze has been the checking of this thread and Beermenus for their cans/bottles and running around town trying to get them before inventory is sold out. Needed exercise for some of our fellow beer enthusiasts. :grinning: If you miss out, you can usually find their beer on tap.

    Post away and yes, Joe and Lauren (the Grimm's) monitor this thread and are great about responding to your questions and comments. Especially, if you tag them @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales. :slight_smile: Great people, great couple, great brewers.

    They were all great but the winner for me was Lilt, the fruit addition really made that beer. I can’t wait until they open to snag a bottle.

    Tried all 3 last night (and all 4 of the cuvees the other night). My favorite was flow state because it had a subtle sweetness that balanced it all out. All of this new stuff is so complex and refined.
    Very excited about the direction this brewery is headed in.

    I also tried all 3 last night, all were very good. My favorite of the three was Future Days but I would stock up on both that and Lilt if they eventually sell bottles.

    Like others, really excited for when the brewery opens.

    WE PASSED OUR BOILER INSPECTION TODAY! we've been snagged on this inspection for over 3 months and this is great news for us -- now it's on to the utility company, who should now be able to give us our new gas meter and turn on our gas. i can't say how long that will take, but when it's done we can start brewing beer.

    I would enjoy getting to meet more of the thread regulars

    had a long conversation about your brewery opening this weekend with friends. And how we'll basically live there till the L shuts down (since we're in the east village). Can not wait, stinks it might not be till April/May now..
