Toppling Goliath coming to MA?

They didn't make enough for us Iowans. My local liquor store was only able to get one case, so one bottle per person. I decided to open my bottle and share it with everyone there. I regret my decision now.

 

Similar to this batch of King Sue, this batch of Pompeii is one of their best.

 

Well, I would say that they should share some tree house or trillium that they may get trading King Sue, but I guess that probably won't be happening as much now. Sorry Dude.

 

We'll live. We still have the taproom in Decorah, which occasionally has Assassin on tap.

 

I think you will continue to be ok. I’ll still trade TreeHouse to Iowa because you guys will still get the best of what they offer in quantities we won’t have here. Plus I find it fun to trade local for local and $4$.

 

Haha, my apartment is old. Rent is super low for Davis Square though. Can't complain with a <10 minute walk to Davis and mostly a <$10 Uber ride to multiple beer bars and breweries.

Had a Pseudo Sue tonight on draft and I thought it was great.

 

Funny thing is I didn’t enjoy the double toasted marshmallow it was something I tried for the hell of it. Pseudo sue is more up my alley but I think MA hops are generally better.

 

Tough to call on KS. In Minneapolis we get it about 4 times a year(every 3 months) and its limited to stores. Hopefully new brewery will produce and make more, i too cant wait for the pounder cans.

 

Picked up a couple 4 packs of Pseudo Sue on Saturday. $13 and change with tax and deposit. Fantastic beer. I'll be stocking up on this as often as possible.

 

Let's hope not. I am a regular buyer at 18 bucks a 4 four pack. Otherwise, I will schlep to Tree House or Trillium.

Buddy grabbed me some P-Sue and Pompeii and loved them both! We both forgot King Sue would be a 1 bottle limit. But he thought it was fantastic and it was so much more turbid in the picture then I expected.

I agree you could compare PSue to Focal or even Sip a little bit. If anyone knows of anywhere in northern MA/NH Seacoast direction that might still have K-Sue message me and I'll drive down!

I have only ever seen thier oatmeal stout, Rover Truck, get distributed here in MN. It comes in 4 packs. Everything else has been brewery only releases/lotteries unless that changes with the new facility.
