As mentioned Forager is good, but almost too expensive. LTS is very solid, pretty safe beers nothing like forager but very good quality. Binkies is a great spot as is wild wood for just beers and food. I haven't been to grand rounds since their last brewer left, but it was solid before, kinny creek is different...

I was at Grand Rounds in the past month and really enjoyed it. They're a quality stop, and they have a $3 happy hour between 3-6. One of the best price-to-beer-quality ratios I've seen in awhile.

I end up at Kinney Creek occasionally due to circumstances other than beer. I was there this past weekend, and while the beer is (considerably) better than it used to be, it's still the worst in town and it's really overpriced.

Ill have to head back to Grand rounds, you're right on that happy hour, it can't be beat! Also good to hear Kinney Creek is getting better too, haven't been there since their summer "festival"

LTS isn't doing anything particularly remarkable but it's certainly worth a stop for a beer or two if you're in the area. Solid beer in a relaxed environment with great staff and good people behind the scenes.

Kinney Creek is better, but I still wouldn't recommend going out of your way for it either.

You can get a pour of Saftig for $4. I think the better IPAs at Kinney were $7, and still a far cry from that.

I guess they gotta compete with Forager right there with 7$ 10ozers. Makes sense.

Given that Forager's are excellent, I figured it would make more sense to take the opposite approach and undercut it knowing their beer isn't as good, but people might be enticed by the contrast to Forager's pricing.
