Cycle/ccb bottle releases

It will be slammed because they'll have left over beers from BA day.

 

I was going to go to CCB for release but the line is already wrapping around out of the parking lot.

 

I guess you're not here then. We're all having plenty of fun despite the madness, but this town is bloated like I've never seen it in the past three years.

As above stated, CCB just picked up the AC line, as AC already sold out after having to start selling 2 hours early due to the line reaching the school property in that neighborhood.

 

Yeah, after AC started having to sell at 7am this morning to manage the line, I figured the CCB line would be crazy already. Oh well, here's to hoping El Cat members get a comparable Huna treatment this round...

 

I guess it's a good thing they went to 2 per. I have seen lines at Garagiste and their line looks crazy too. Yesterday was my only day up there in that madness and that was plenty for me

 

Anyone know bottle count for CCB? If I get there at 10am will I be shit out of luck?

 

Line will be to Home Depot by 11:00

 

Anyone have a pour of yesterday's barleywine? I got bottles but needed to get home ASAP after 10 hours in that AC line

Update from CCB's FB page: Cigar City Brewing UPDATE: In order to best accommodate all those waiting in line, we have decided to limit today's bottle release to 1 bottle per person.

It's going to be a shit show at 6.

They're kicking everyone out at 5:30 to reset and reopen at 6. I have buddies already talking about hanging out around 3 outside and having a line to get back in 6. So what happens when everyone in there comes out when there's a line already.

 

I’d imagine cigar city will direct them to the pit of misery

 

Hopefully they learn what should already be obvious: TBBW is a bigger hassle than it's worth, and that there are many good beers sitting on the shelf of any decent liquor store.

 

Line moved fast enough and they switched to 1pp. There was plenty to go around after that switch
