Man, I've said this so many times to you, it's NOT JUST ME WHO THINKS THIS. I know plenty of people who agree with me they just don't post on BA. So I'm speaking for them. Got it?

 

I've gotta agree. Let's lock this one, and start a fresh one that focuses on more current happenings. This one dates back to when they first opened, and we've chewed through a lot of ground over that time span. The weekly Emails and current releases would be easier to locate too.

 

They're opening up a new spot anyways so yeah might as well.

You missed the point of my analogy - it certainly wasn't that I'm interested in where you post - but since you didn't get it I won't repeat myself or beat a dead horse.

Instead, let me ask (and this was the point I was trying to make). What do you get out of all of this? Is it just trolling? Is there something missing in your life? I mean, it would never have occurred to me to go to a forum for a region I feel is inferior and assert my "strong, honest, unbiased opinion" in what seems to be the attempt to get people to admit that their region sucks.

Here it is then, let me try and help you:
1) Great Notion is the best brewery in Portland
2) All other breweries in Portland suck (either because their hazies suck or they don't brew hazies at all)
3) My region in general sucks
4) The breweries and beers you like are better than the ones I like
5) Your opinion on beer is purer than others and this is why you should spread it far and wide. We need to know as much as possible about your strong opinion.

Was that enough? Can we stop now? Somehow I doubt it.
