I think they did brew more but also had three releases. I'm sure if there was one or two beers it would be gone. I'm happy there is some left I can get more or not miss out if I can't make it down like the last release

That's what I like! Picked up a 4-pack of Tubes this morning and was super happy to get it since I couldn't go to the release. But they said they're going to up the allotment again next time. Seems like they want to sell all their beer within hours/day-of, which is kind of annoying.

Unfortunately for us that's kind of the expectation in the NEIPA game. From a brewer's perspective I get it though, as it's not a beer you want sitting on shelves in stores from a quality POV due to perceived issues with freshness.

Hoof trades for any of the top-tier NEIPA breweries (Other Half, Trillium, Bissell Brothers, Tree House, Equilibrium, Monkish, etc) so to say "non one says they come close to staking up" is definitely wrong.

    Lol

I don't even have the energy to explain why trade value doesn't correlate to beer quality. This is true now more than ever.

Since when was the discussion ever about "beer quality"? By traditional beer quality standards, hazy IPAs would never be in the same discussion. My point is that people who spend money on the primary and secondary market value Hoof as they do so-called Tier-A breweries. You statement is straight-up false.

There's pretty die hard Hoof fans in this thread who stated above that Hoof is not on the level of the main haze players. So you don't even have to take it from me.

I was just correcting your false statement, that is all.

Absolutely. Is it in the top tier? Probably not, is it no one says they come close to staking up"? Not at all. Go to any trading forum around the country and you will see your statement is completely false.

By "don't stack up" I meant to say that Hoof isn't as good as upper tier beers. I think you're finding a definition that suits your narrative.

I'll definitely continue to stay away from trading forums though, thanks. To say that those people have any real interest in or understanding of beer for the right reasons is pretty off color. The trade for worse beer simply because it's less common or they haven't had it before.

I mean, everyone has their "own narrative." That is the whole point of any of these discussions. Isn't that why you point out there are people who understand beer for the "right reasons?"

I honestly just don't get why people care so much about others liking hazy IPAs. The amount of non-hazy beers out there is at an all-time high. Enjoy a few, relax, and stop attacking anyone who thinks differently than you.

My agenda against Hoof is for reasons more serious than hazy IPA. If more people took the time (and hit to their trading portfolio) to understand these reasons I'd have more people on my side than I do.

Interested to hear all of these legitimate reasons.

    Sorry to interrupt your arguing...

Great Lakes finally jumped on the haze train with their new "She Drives Me Hazy." Interested to hear what people think about it. I have never liked Great Lakes beer, so curious how this is.

There's literally nothing here to realistically support your argument as the basis for you not liking them. Not surprised.

Hopefully it's better than Thirsty Dog's. Just had it and wow, it was impressively bad.

Haven't had Thirsty Dog's, but I'm not surprised as they've never been good at IPAs. I tried Sibling Revelry's attempt and it LOOKED like a good NEIPA but I couldn't take more than two sips it was so bad.

So pretty in line with the rest of their stuff then?
