Cliffs of Tephra is back 3/9! I'm pumped; this was one of my faves.

Yeah that was delicious. Also can’t wait for the quad ipa collab with tired hands. All of their collabs have been solid

I’m a giant Half Acre fanboy but just not digging daisy Capra. Anyone else not into it? I normally love double daisy. This is just missing something. Had only one can so far and hoping I change my tune with the next one.

I wasn't a big fan of it either.

I'm psyched for Amargosa on Friday though. Their wild program has been killing it.

The fave Daisy variant I've ever had there was the Daisy Toronado (usual + Enigma Hops). Super dry, bitter, cutting... floral as fuck. Loved that beer, even if it wasn't for everyone.

The first pour I had of it was delicious. A week later when I had it again I found it very off putting, overwhelmingly oniony. For my money, regular double daisy is still the best daisy.

I'm pretty sure gossamer is listed as on deck at the tap room.

Looks like it’s on tap now. Be on the lookout for the me shaped hole in the taproom wall.

Hoping Amorgosa lasts until this afternoon when I'm off work. Any updates throughout the day would be appreciated!!

The old Half Acre sweat on a release friday, I know it too well. It's especially fun today when it's a style of beer you're always after and hope the rest of the Chicago nutjobs haven't caught up to since it's not a barrel aged stout with pop tarts added...

After the stout with pop tarts hits the market, then we’ll see pop tarts with filling that was aged in bourbon barrels.

This is all funny until it actually happens in the next year.

All of their sour bottle releases have lasted at least a day, so unless demand is way up for this one, you should be ok

That actually sounds like an incredible pop tart flavor.

Hmm. My wife is out of work right now and was just saying how she wishes she could do something to make money (outside of they normal employment thing)...I’ll have her start cracking on making some of these and start showing up at beer releases and festivals.
