yeah I wont disagree with the statement. As it warmed the hops got a little spicy but i enjoyed. I was at TH in December and had a pour of green and also got a Very Green can so its fresh in my mind. I think something TH nails well is that, as they call it and as I made fun of until I had a draft there, pillowly mouthfeel lol

 

Here is one for you all.. 1095, 3rd Anniversary Belgian, there was the normal release in 2014 and then the Cognac aged release during the 4th Anniversary in 2015... Silver wax is Cognac, Blue is normal BA? Correct me if i am wrong?

 

You are correct. I cracked my last silver-waxed Cognac over Thanksgiving and it was fantastic.

Just curious... does anyone know how many cases they make when they say "our largest run"? Places like Treehouse post how many cases. Just curious the size of a Kane sticker can run in comparison.

 

Missed out on Cosmic noise cans last week but I was able to get a growler of it along with Indicators cans today. CN is a solid beer but I don’t really see how it’s comparable to Green. Green, at least the few times I’ve had it, has been a really unique sorbet like beer while CN is good just not really a mind-blower imho. Alot less fruit and more spice is what I get.

 

I have a can of Green and Cosmic Noise. I'm up to comparing.

Also, looks like there should be Indicators left for tomorrow. Here right now.

 

So no PO variants this year? Aren't they usually the Sunday before St Pats?

 

It's been a while since St Pat's day fell on a normal Kane release day though. Could do it this coming Saturday .

I know in the past a normal run of sticker cans was in the 200 case realm +/- either direction. So I would say this maybe hit 300 if not more?

 

Just wanted to say, Coconut ANTEAD was my best beer of the fest. Cheers Kane!

 

Think I am going to be cracking open my Coconut 16 ANTEAD with my buddy who came home for a month from overseas

 

Hearing people come back from festivals saying their favorite beer was something from Kane seems to be pretty common. Awesome to see.
