I have one stowed away for a good year but reading these replies I almost feel like heading back to see if I can pick up another.

Does anyone know if this ended up in Colorado? And if it did has anyone seen it around?

My fault, you're right. I even like less old ales than barleywines.

    It's tough, I saw it for $34.99 and I passes it and yet I paid $29.99 for a Cuir. What's an extra $5? I should've bought it.

I too had trouble with the price, so I found a buddy to split the $30 price with. Well worth it, fantastic beer.

I bought a bottle for my boss who sent me on a CA trip and one for my sons first birthday (first in a series of 21). Gonna crack it open 9/11/2032. Goddamn! that even just looks weird. Anyway, hope what they say about aging for decades holds true...

I think it's worth it. I wasn't going to buy one at all due to the price. However, one of my beer buddies opened a bottle at a tasting and it's a fantastic beer.l

I just opened my one and only bottle last night. I'm kicking myself for not buying more. I thought it was incredible, but the girlfriend wasn't as impressed.

I love the stuff. I've purchased a fair share of bottles and don't regret any of my purchases.

It's pretty awesome. I honestly believe if this was in a 3F, Founders or Goose Island Package it would have been a rediculous whale.

It did; there was a whole thread about it in the Mountain forum. But I haven't seen it in a long time, not sure that it's still around.
    http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/the-bruery-fruet.22955/

I spent $32.99 + tax on mine, but I bought it on my birthday (June) and haven't tried it yet. Heard good things though.

EDIT: just saw you posted your question in the Mountain forum; looks like you (hopefully) got what you need
