I suspect we'll see a BA Cinnamon, Vanilla, Maple stout in AB barrels released Saturday.

You were joking but your closer than you realize...I heard from the same two people last week that told me about The 4 TBBW BA Bottles back in January(look about 4-5 pages back) that they had/have a Maple Bourbon Barrel Variant of IGCCS that they were planning on releasing as a "surprise" but it did not happen which one can only assume AC was worried about the craziness that would have caused..so if those rumors are true it will be very interesting to see how they do that release

 

Heard about the Maple igccs. Wondering how close this is to Wilfrid from wakefest

 

I would think identical. Rad Rare had the description as "The Wilfred / Imperial German Chocolate Cupcake Stout with maple"

 

If they do it. It needs to be a surprise release. On a weekday when I'm in the office and it's slow.

 

Yeah multiple people mentioned this surprise bottle during tbbw lines

 

Obviously people would go nuts for the bottles, but this was one of my least favorites of "Rad." I thought the maple was a bit overpowering and made a sweet beer, even sweeter.

 

Def was all maple at first. Once i got it to room temp I thought it was a lot better

 

I would suspect they try a new release approach when that bottle drops. It would look really bad if they did not make a major change for that release. That said, even that bottle wont lead to beer week lines. I wouldn't think at least.

 

wilfred was a joke in terms of them releasing it, someone whispered it near someone else that's known in the social community as a joke. They aren't releasing that, or at least didn't plan on it for tbbw or soon anyways.

 

I'm good with weekend releases since I kinda have to be at work. If I was allowed to take vacation days I'd definitely be cool with weekdays though.

I thought FB was already the primary medium, everyone I run into is always bringing up FB trade groups.
