Doesn't the mobile release preclude the normal four can release, suggesting those in Brooklyn may not necessarily be double/triple?

possibly, but they're also producing so much more beer than they ever have.

Last weekend we had a triple batch as well as 2 double batches as well as bottles

I'm coming to town tomorrow, going to stop off at noon for my first ever visit. Any recommendations from the big board?

How busy do you guys expect this Saturdays release will be?

It's hard to say. I would expect there might be some special surprises (non OH) on tap given Saturday's collab releases.

As per current OH beers to try:

DDH Double Mosaic Dream (more so their "signature" beer than any other if they have one)
Last week I f@*!ed up... The collab with The Answer
    DDH ALways and Forever
    DDH Hop Showers w/ Mosaic
    DDH Space Daydream
    Mosaic + Galaxy
Rake it up (underrated beer, cans were kinda meh initially but then really came together)

I'm obv partial to their 8% stuff...

Busy but (most) everything should last. I see no reason that any of the announced beers would draw a bigger crowd than last weekend's release.

But I suspect this is a double batch. I think they're trying to do a bit better by limits and having beers last through the line.

I thought FLP 1 was just fruit, barely a beer, all novelty. Really, where is the line? You don't have to draw one I guess.

Is a Kriek or Lambic a beer? I don't think anyone is thinking FL Plates is your everyday drinking IPA, but, more so an occasional and different treat and a welcome change of pace.

...The J. wakefield Berliner Weisses are even moreso fruit juice...

hmm not so sure about that. feel like a lot of hazebois would think a juicy beer is the epitome of everyday drinking

I actually laughed after my first sip of the first Florida Plates. There is nothing about it that tastes like beer but it is delicious if you like sweet fruit drinks. Not sure I want more than 1 4 pack of something like that though. Most of the people lining up for these IPA’s nowadays place a premium on beer that tastes like what they had at lunch in 2nd grade.

Tasted like an actual elementary school fruit cup. Not that I’m complaining entirely. Thought it was very delicious. Hope this batch is as good.

That and those peach ring candies. It was definitely different and tasted great but I still coudn't have more than like 1 can if that makes sense.

I also thought Florida Plates was delicious, no doubt it tasted good. But, there was nothing really nuanced or technical about it. I could easily just have a Bellini and get the same flavor profile and affect.

Is there a difference between this batch of Florida Plates and the first batch? Different fruit?
