The passion fruit is so hot at the moment. Definitely needs a week or so to mellow. Puts hairs on the chest though

I don't get why anyone's down on Florida plates 2. Not as fruit cup sweet as Florida plates, but also not as bitter as Topical Depression.

Obviously different it but has a lot of the same candy notes as the HV sour ipas. Although I don't know how anyone works through multiple 4-packs of those either. So I guess I get it.

Does anyone remember when The Other Day was released? Just found a can in the back of my girlfriends fridge from what I think was like August/September. Ink on the bottom of the can was smudged.

Anyway, I was not impressed by this beer when I first tried it. Thought it was a bland orange juice. This can is fucking awesome though. Still super hoppy but you can actually separate the taste from each hop unlike at canning when all the flavors melded together. This is fantastic.

I only had one can yesterday and agree that with a bit of time it should be better. I enjoyed the first 8 ounces, but the second half wasn't as pleasant IMO. Definitely can't see myself having more than one at a time.

Welp, looks like I won’t be hitting up OH for sometime (or anywhere else) Broke 2 bones in my leg this weekend. Hopefully the wife can hook me up with some single cans from Whole Foods (I live near Bowery location now). I’ll still sit on this thread for some humor. You guys crack me up lol

Had a can of 4th last night after a short break. Still quite possibly the best OH beer I've had so far. Anyone notice any fall-off yet, because besides more sediment in the bottom of my glass it is still tasting 10/10 to me.

I also cracked a can of 4th last night. I haven’t noticed any fall-off or sediment. Scary good for 10% abv. They really did a good job with one.

Believe it or not, I also had a 4th anni last night, and it held up fantastically. I had a previous can about two weeks ago and thought it was overly boozy, but this one mellowed out nicely. Hope they brew this again for the 5th anni.

Finally cracked the Answer collab last night. Absolutely loved it but I think Raining Threes was more balanced and less 'in your face' with the triple dry hop treatment than this one.

I made another observation last night. The tulip glass shape is what we will all eventually turn into drinking this stuff. Maybe I should switch to tekus.

My reaction to the Panna e Fragole :stuck_out_tongue:

It's cool that Other Half does collaborations with European breweries. I wonder how these partnerships get started.

How was the last batch of Mylar bags? I’ve always wanted to get a hold of some but I vaguely remember reading that the last batch wasn’t very good.

Nah, last batch was great. There were one or two batches from 2017 that were very subpar.

Imperial Honey Strawberry Spelt Cream India Pale Ale is quite a mouthful, sounds good tho. I'm debating picking up the collabs today but seems like people are mixed on FP2.

Also I had a 2nd Anni yesterday and that beer is a total mess, tons of floaties and it had fallen off quite a bit.

Other Half doesn't have the best track record when it comes to collabs with Euro breweries, but this one sounds like it could be the exception.

I also want to take this moment to echo previous comments regarding 4th Anniversary. Had a can yesterday and was blown away by how it's developed. All of its sharp edges have rounded out really nicely. It's drinking better now than fresh, if you ask me.
