Surprised not to hear from @SeanBond , because I believe IIIpa's are one of his favorites. Hope I am around when it hits myself.

I think with Rodger being in house on this collaboration with Maplewood you might actually get what you see. He has really been dialing it in at Corridor.

Was at Maplewood last night to try the new collaboration, Chiefs skeefs Keef. The guys at Maplewood and Rodger killed it. Awesome product from some Hometown Brewers.

 

I hadn't been to Corridor in awhile, stopped in yesterday as I was in the area, my fav beer on tap currently is actually that blackberry saison Jam Jam Bigelow. It was crazy good in my opinion, but I also love blackberry. But anyway, if you love TONS of blackberry and you like saisons, you'll prob love this.

 

Wish I could join my Chicago bros for the Neon Party (now!) today... damn. Guess I'll have to drink this odd13 I-P-Alien instead. Cheers!

Drinking Neon Party now. Good god they make the best beer.

 

It was just tapped today so you’ll have no problem to head over any day this week!

 

And you definitely want to head over for this one.Dank, Melon, Mango, White grape juice. It's like a showcase for each individual hop blended into a glass, Amazing.

 

The Jam Jam Bigelow was really good, I don't usually drink saisons but was very pleased with this beer. Whole lot of fruit to balance it out for me.

 

Neon Party is the best of the style in Chicago. Hot take.

 

I loved it. Huge aroma and flavor. Dank, white wine, peach, and mango. Top notch mouthfeel and just the right amount of bitterness.

 

will this last until Friday? i can't get there until Friday. oh God, why can't I get there until Friday?!?!?

 

Here's how nuts/optimistic I am...I'm stopping by Saturday & assuming it will still be available for crowler fills!!

By the by, didn't they install a new cooler recently? Does this mean there will be pre-filled crowlers, cutting down on the awkward dance hovering near the bar/server station for those of us just wanting to-go beer?

It will be on until next week at least. Friday and Saturday fills will definitely available. Cooler space was more for the brewery to be able to keg off beer earlier from the serving tanks. This way we hope to always have at least six beers on draft if not more. Next three brew days are all haze. So, plenty coming your waty for Spring!

 

Stopped in last night to try Neon Party. While I enjoyed it, it's still way behind Squeezit and CJB for me. But definitely above Bendy Straw. I really enjoyed Jam Jam as well.
