What are the dates on the juju?

    Any other brasserie noir sightings?

Saw Fulton Brewing out of Minneapolis is going to start distributing here. Anyone ever have anything from them? A couple of their beers look promising.

Confirmed, world wines has a bunch, heinens mentor has a lot too, on tap as well.

Anyone tried the willoughby legislation ale? I was going to drive and get a growler for the weekend, but I called and they didnt do fills at any size, sort of pissed and didn't go, but would like to try it.

Lots of Juju at Strongsville Heinens, maybe 8 cases or more. Found Creeper at Buehlers in Wooster, is it simcoe predominant by chance? I actually thought it was bad (simcoe tastes too much like cat piss to me in some applications), Bodhi and their normal IPA are exponentially better IMO.

It was one of the first beers I had at Winter Warmer (so my palate wasn’t wrecked yet). I thought it was awesome.

Anyone know when then new Fat Heads is supposed to open? I've been hearing it pushed back since it was announced, but no idea where it's at now. Since Rivals is supposed to open "in the summer," I'd think Fat Heads' new place would have to be open around May or June?

Until a brewery announces a firm date, everything can and will change. The new brew house was installed the last few weeks. Still lots of work to do. I think June is still pretty optimistic but they do have the advantage of new construction and lots of people working on the space. But no official date yet.

Great Lakes Cloud Cutter Ale just hit shelves and is great stuff, IMO.. it might not get love because it's a 5.1% pale wheat ale, but it's really enjoyable.. this is classic Great Lakes to me.. they nailed the style..

Went once and hope to never go back again. Their beers were terrible.. but that patio is slick.

Who in the hell are they? Where did Collision Bend come from? About a year ago I started getting tons of spam email from them and I thought it was a fake brewery, no one ever talked about it and I'd never heard of it outside of those emails--never signed up for any correspondence from them. I thought if they were real they were some national chain I hadn't heard of...

Oh wow...just now realizing he used to take people around on tours at GLBC and with the Bruell restaurant 'crawl'. Does he own? It says on the website that he saw an opportunity to join as he saw the construction, but who built and who owns? Cool story on the website now that I've actually taken the time to go there, but it's seems pretty light on those two details...

Gotta say, at least from the pictures, seems like they really built themselves an awesome space.

Yeah them winning this was a bit silly. I went into Old Brooklyn Cheese a few weeks ago and they were telling people to vote for Collision Bend. The guy seemed a little taken aback when I said I could not vote for them because I did not agree. I wondered why they were pushing and realized that they have a few products that use some of Collision Bend’s beer.

I visited Collision Bend last summer. Patio was amazing and the food was very good. As for the beer, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I know that’s not the best compliment, but overall it was solid. Safe and not overly remarkable is a better description. If people are going there expecting hypebro type of beers, they’ll be disappointed. If you want clean beer brewed to style, that’s what you’ll find. Luke hasn’t been in the business this long because he brews shit beer.

I went to Collision Bend for my bachelor party. Got to go on a tour and Luke was nice to talk to. They have the capacity to brew a shit ton of beer but it is just another finger in the whole Zack Bruell system. The beer was okay, the food was delicious and like many of you have already stated, the patio is the shinning light to the whole thing. Overall, I wouldnt go out of my way to go back for the beer, you'll catch me at Masthead if I have my choice of downtown Cleveland breweries to head to.

All (or at least most) Heinens got a Zombie Dust drop. Like 10 cases at each store. For those of you who care about it on and no limit soldier status. $14.99 though
