FT: 4-pack 2016 BA Ten Fidy ISO: list

I can't help but feel like this post is reaching for anything but the straight jacket. The rest (possibly not cafe deth) did not sit on shelves, whereas BA 1050 is still on shelves in many places.

 

No, 2017 is - but no one seems to care much about aging BA 1050. It's not BCBS in comparison (in terms of vintage interest).

 

I like the offer. Straight forward, multiples, $4$. I can see this closing, may take a bit.

 

Not trolling. Bourbon Paradise value is way above BA 1050 in trade value - even at 1 year aged (seriously, never seen anyone care about vintage BA 1050 anyway). I don't understand why anyone would trade 4 vanilla Noir, 2 BCBCS or 4 Cafe Deth. BA 1050 isn't even remotely hard to come by. The only reason someone would do this trade is as a favor, as they would be on the losing end based on valuation. This valuation is seriously low for all those. The only ones that makes sense is Straight Jacket.

 

Unless you have rum or java 1050 this isn’t happening

No offense OP but I do agree with beer_economicus. I just don’t see this happening. I do think you’re overvaluing your beer. BA1050 is sitting on shelves here as well (they’re 17’s as far as I know so already aged). I don’t think having 2016’s really adds much value at all. It has very wide distribution now. I could go buy 3 cases of it tomorrow. Bourbon paradise and BCBCS are definitely egregious requests at the ratios you’re asking for. Maybe 1 of theirs for 4 of yours would close just because the price differential falls so heavily in their favor but that’d even be a stretch. Sorry man
