Gonna go on a CLE NEIPA brewery crawl tomorrow. Masthead > Noble Beast > Saucy > Market Garden > Terrestrial. Hype.

 

lol I pretty much tried to do this today. I did not make it to market garden but honestly I would just do saucy and masthead imo. I don't think noble has one on tap anymore which I did not find that great.

 

Saucy's looks really good, I just hate the $8 price tag. It's a pint, but the way they pour their beers, it's like you're only 12 ounces due to so much head. Makes me not wanna try at that price tag. How was Terrestrial's? Better than past attempts?

Is anyone at Masthead and can give an update on tickets? They don't seem to be updating their facebook event like they usually did for previous releases.

 

Standing right next to the beer. About 35 cases left of each plus LOTS of Brute Force and BBA Hazelnut. No one still waiting, so could even be leftovers until Tuesday if people don't buy it up tonight

Imo terrestrial was good but kind of like what platform did imo. Take away the haze it just taste like a decent IPA. Masthead and saucy is on a different kevel. And it's always cheaper to buy beer or wine in a store to drink it out. I'm not even going to complain about saucy because I am very happy with the price on cans they have. I think it's smart by them.

 

I’m at Saucy right now after heading to Masthead, and this Love You, Bye is every bit as good as Masthead’s Extra Extra in my opinion. And at 11.99 vs 19.99, it’s a phenomenal deal.

Edit: Scratch that, Saucy is 4 12oz cans, not 16oz. Still a slightly better deal though, just not quite the deal I thought it was.

 

Oh no shit I didn’t know that Love You, Bye was available to buy in cans. I wonder if they sell to go on Sundays. Some places can’t (Platform, for one)

 

Yeah today my palette is a little thrown off becaus of the salad I ate and the amount I drank yesterday but I agree, love you bye is up there with some of the masthead stuff. I would say masthead is still a little better but in terms of today's release the saucy stuff is pretty much just as good

The one thing masthead seems to be able to nail that other places can't is the jucyness of the beer.
