Other Half March 2018!

I know, just saw that. I wonder if it was the day mistake or something else.

 

good catch. I was wondering why it was ~3:30 without a post yet. I wonder if they'll do a "silent" release on Friday at noon, being as it's "Good Friday" and I am sure a decent amount of people have the day off or a half day.

I would say "typo" if it was "Friday at 10AM"

 

Likely due to the post showing a can of Space Diamonds versus Space Daydream.

 

One of the cans was the wrong picture. That's probably why.

Maybe I will finally get a chance to get cans of DMD. Do they ever do the non DDH version anymore? I enjoyed it as much or more.

 

For those who are familiar with Other Half releases -- what kind of line/crowd do you expect for this? Would you expect them to sell out completely on Friday?

I agree 100% with needing the non-ddh version of DMD. I also have been saying we need another non-ddh broccoli, cheddar, cabbage release. That release was awesome.

 

I like this release. I hope they have "plenty" left for opening saturday, and there isn't some kind of huge line, as I may actually show up before 11am for this.

 

I like DDH Cheddar better but I agree on Broccoli. I feel like in all of their beers that use Cascade, it gets to be too much when its DDH'd.

Any thoughts as to why Friday? I don't think the holiday weekend is the reason because its Good Friday. Only thing I can think of is that a lot of the staff is going up to Albany so they wont have enough people to work the line.
