    2017 Dark Lord was definitely an improved version from previous years. I'm hoping the variants will also be much improved due to the better base.

    Yes, 17 has been the most drinkable in years, I'll give you that. I hope they at least keep that recipe or continue tweaking it for the better.

    I've been drinking some older Dark Lord's gifted to me be a friends wife who got real tired of looking at them in her closet. The vintages are '11 to '15.

    I noticed the earlier vintages brewed with Intelligentsia coffee are way more enjoyable than the newer ones with Dark Matter coffee.

    Just one man's opinion...

    I'm guessing 8 total.

    Extremely likely- Handjee, Bourbon and Muerte

    Probable- 2 bullshit in wine barrels variants (not sure who owns the trademark on that phrase)

    Returning- 2 of FVM, Chemtrailmix and Coffee Cognac, possibly with one of the first 2 falling in the previous category

    New- I'm going to keep guessing coconut until they do it. Hopefully in bourbon, cognac/brandy or rum.

    If I need another to make 8, you know I'm guessing something weird with cardamom.
