I just got home from Belgium and unpacked my suitcase. Instead of just loading up on DHVL whales I made some good trades and ended up only spending 50 euros.

I don't know how many cans of Rodenbach and Bellvue Kriek my wife went through when we lived in Germany. Many trips to Liege for those products.

 

Trip to Delaware for the DFH and a nice surprise with some Sculpin at the new Whole Foods in Glen Mills

Today was, simply, the finest beer day of my life. First, my local shop in Vermont is fairly out of the way. I strolled in during my lunch break today and walked out five minutes later with this:



Also at home for me was a box I got in return from a Kate the Great trade from my new best friend, NeoRunner. CBS, Parabola, and the rest are extras, including a home brew. Thanks Nate!



Also arriving today was this, a bottle of 2007 DFH WWS from MattewWilde. I picked up two bottles of DFH 75-minute to go with my KBS too. Thanks Matt!

Liking the Kane growler I live 15 mins from there (although I have yet to stop there, but I've had plenty of their beers) That's def a great lineup of beers!

Thanks. I'm only 5 minutes from Kane. You should stop by there tomorrow; they're sampling (and filling growlers!) 7 different versions of their new Port Omna stout, infused with different ingredients. Head High will be on tap too, of course.

Decent day so far... I stopped at the distro yesterday and they said there was no way they could sell any to their non-retail accounts. Then I'm sitting at my desk 30 minutes ago and get an email back from when I asked them a couple days ago saying "I have one for you" and now this lol. I'll take it.
