Have fun everyone attending. Sadly I couldn't be there...again....but I shall hold a candlelight vigil for your livers later this evening.

First timer .. .was cruising until the last 2 hours. Holy, shit. So many unexpected pours because my glass was empty. I'm barely nodding back up after a sober one of us drove from Highland to Lennox. We were all first timers, all had fun. No expectations. Was such a good time.

 

Great meeting anyone and everyone I may have met today! The rest of today is a chore but it was a blast!

Which hazy/coffee beers ended up winning? Don't think I heard it get announced.

 

Well, that was a blast until I failed hard towards the end. I knew I shouldn't have started the day with a bunch of 13% and higher beers.

Curious about the votes, too, I didn't like any of the IPAs but voted for F. Only had one of the coffee beers.

 

Coffee: A won, which was Mocha machine.

B was GJG (my vote)
C was Cold Steeped by a Moksa
D was Speak with Planets With Coffee by Modern Times.


Hoppy: F won, which was Rinse in Rifts by monkish (chris casting the deciding vote becasue it was tied with B (IIRC).

A was all the single hazies by green cheek
B was Captain Terp by Cellarmaker
C was Haze Foley by pizza port
D Conjuring practice by MT
E was Foggy Vision by Burgeon.

F was hands down my favorite beer for the haze. C and E were not very tasty beers, especially C.

 

As usual woodshop doesn't disappoint & @cquiroga out does himself. Great time. Caught up with many, met a lot of new faces, and overall just had a great time. Missed the blind coffee beers unfortunately, as well as Straight Jacket, (though have had from the bottle) but admittedly all well, it's just not possible to try them all, ever, lol.

 

Woodshop 1st timer. Thanks for putting on the event. Such a great time. Already preparing for the next one.
