    When you said, "we gave the cans an extra week of lagering", do you mean that you lagered the cans or that you lagered the beer that was going to be canned? If it was the later, did you dry hop before lagering or at the end of it?

    before canning. so dry hopping as usual, then extended cold conditioning in the fermenter in the mid 30's for two weeks. clearer beer going into the can. it tasted great, but was missing a little something in our opinion.
