    In my limited experience with the new "best after" dates from last year's BB XXIII, having it immediately was still great, but hot, having it after the bottle date was incredible. I'm now waiting on mine.

    Pretty sure most people had the same opinion about Collage that while it was good, it was slightly hot and could benefit from age.... then the conversation goes, why release it when it's not ready, lol.

    So naturally, I saw the case at Joy when it came in, figured I could wait until the next day to grab one (dumb idea #1), and told a regular trading partner I could get one for him (dumb idea #2). Next day, of course it's sold out. Has anyone seen any in the Denver area in the last day or so? I am out of both dissident and dumb ideas.

    I decided to stop by on my way to work yesterday, just for the hell of it, figuring they were long. Got there at about 1:30 to find one bottle left. I have a funny feeling it was the last bottle in the state

    Just throw it in the back of your fridge and forget about it for a year... and buy some other beers to keep your mind off of it.
