Yes but I was hopping to not spend hours inline, I do that to much at Tree House, lol, plus wife would not like going to NYC to stand inline, lol, will see how it all plays out.

 

This weekend's release will most likely be a case where you'll be able to swoop in after the line dies down and you'll still be able to grab everything. Plus, you can buy your wife a beer in the taproom after.

 

wait are there still long lines at treehouse? I thought if you go later in the day during the week, the lines are more or less non-existent since you can now leave with 4-7 cases of beer at a time.

If you show up to OH after like 1PM saturday, you'll probably be able to grab some cans, with maybe a 5-10 minute wait, at most - due to a busy tap room.

So you're saying they only have 10 IPAs on tap?

 

6 non IPAs on which might be a record ignoring tap takeovers. They have the 2016 Wheatwine on for pours, really boozy.

 

Just had the Universal on all Planes, has it been this off putting since day one? I know people hardly raved about it, but didn't expect it to disappoint this much.

 

Downside to all the stouts on tap? Almost nothing on for growler fills, was hoping for a growler or two of Triple Cream, alas not to be. And weird they would wait this long to tap Hypersleep, Astro etc., they should have been up for the customer when they were initially released.

 

I feel like its been this way since the Wakefield tap takeover, there wasn't a ton on for fills on Saturday either. I'm mostly just salty that Citra+Azacca hasn't been on draft, I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.

The Hypersleep beers were underwhelming too, almost no adjunct flavor in either of them which is crazy for what sounds like adjunct heavy stouts.
