    Probably not. Got two little guys that just had their first days of school this week, and a wife that started a new job. Rest and regroup weekend! Beer + couch or patio lol

    Looks like I'll be coming tonight. Never been and looking forward to it. @macewank Any idea on when you'll be pouring your stuff?

    Not sure on specific times but I think he's planning to bring 3-4 beers so should be around/available throughout the night. Not sure if he's wanting to do timed releases or what.

    What are you looking for.. just updates and such? Or something specific. I imagine the communication will be more frequent as we get closer to actually being open.

    Hurry up and wait totally sucks, but... I'd ask for some patience. Ships moving as fast as it can :/

    Yes just looking for updates nothing specific. I understand it takes a while to build out and get everything ready to start brewing, looking forward to the grand opening.

    Word.

    If you're not following the brewery page on FB I'd recommend a quick Like/follow over there (not the DB page, but the actual public-facing brewery one). Chad's been posting quite a few updates over there on the progress of the build out. High level -- the whole brewery's getting a fresh coat of paint right now. production side is finished (well, for the most part), and the taproom side just has a couple of walls left. Walk-in going up Sat.

    Things are getting close. I'm hesitant to put dates out, but I'll say the finish line is in sight. Should be some Dam Builder specific updates coming sooner rather than later detailing how we're planning to bring you folks into the fold. Some pretty cool/neat stuff being thrown around for ideas!

Lil Beaver opened their new Tap Room in Bloomington on Jan 12th and they are turning out some awesome beer, so all of you traveling between Chicago and St. Louis or spending any time in Blo/ No, stop on in.     I've tried to stop in a couple times but it just never works with the times Im down there. Kind of hoping they expand their hours soon.

    Opening at noon would be the biggest thing for me. When I’m usually in Bloomington for work, I’m done by noon, so it would be convenient to stop there before heading back to Chi.

    Dark Lord this year? met Chad (or both?) last year the night before at 450, and you gave me a bottle (I had the Hoof Hearted), some fantastic stuff!

    Hey! Yeah I remember you. (I was there with Chad).

    Neither of us got tickets for DLD this year, unfortunately. Since both of us are still working full time gigs in addition to the brewery, Saturdays end up being a pretty huge production day for us. Coupled with all of the local fests the brewery is pouring at this summer (which generally requires one or both of us to attend since we know how to set up the jockey box), it was difficult to justify going.

    gotcha, that's too bad! luckily last year ran into chad on saturday as well, and got a nice pour. I was able to save the bottle for a special occasion. opened up at family party...occasionally get asked if I ever get more. true story, a memorable beer! thank you again! and glad to see things progressing.
