    Wow a month? That explains why the few Gasket Hunters cans I've opened were fairly disappointing. Good thing I have 3 left to try further out.

    I usually wait a month on all monkish TIPAs, unless someone says they are rdy NOW than i'll usually crack one up, but I do love most Monkish IPAs & DIPAs right out the gate, love the "GREEN" aspect on those cans.

    General rule of thumb IMHO. IPA/DIPA 1-2 weeks for maximum enjoyment. TIPAs 3-4 weeks for maximum enjoyment. All DDH hopped beers, 2 weeks for maximum enjoyment.

    Taking one for the team, If you got em, crack one right now super fresh. This is a peach, apricot and honeydew melon juice BOMB. Cant wait to see how this evolves, but right now it's a solid A beer.

    Downed a Biggie last night and felt like I was drinking a 6%. So smooth, it's unreal. Hype boys be damned, Monkish makes a killer triple.

    Well I gave in and opened a can of Rinse in Riffs tonight. It was delightful and closer to my previous experience with Monkish DIPAs, soft and balanced without much acidity. So I must conclude that Gasket Hunters was hopped like a triple IPA and give it another week before I open another can. The last Gasket I had at 2 weeks old was still super green.

    Agreed, cracked one open yesterday too. Its rdy. Little to no heat. Solid TIPA!!!

    I'm no longer on the pre- pre- list for... reasons? So I don't know if they've reduced the number of folks, or I got switched out for someone else. Seems it's all based on who buys the bottle releases, along with who spends money at the tasting room as well.

    Wasn't there a pre- pre- sale on Black Kisses 2? I wasn't on that list. And assumed that the Fruit Cart 3 email had gone out by now as well.

    If not on both, then maybe pre- pre- is completely gone?

    Exactly. I either park on Del Amo or in the neighborhood south of Western Blvd.
