i never thought I would say this but I would rather read some more noob posts than read about any more metal bands. Some ask about variants again, please.

 

After you drop your variant and it breaks, you can just ask for a replacement right?

 

I always just keep breaking the variant they give me until it's replaced with a Marshmallow Handjee. Works every time.

 

If memory serves, it's one of the two lots below or maybe even both? Cannot recall fully, sorry. You can't miss them at the entrance though.

 

In the medical complex parking lot near FFF, it'll be the 2nd left after you turn onto Superior (the first being the free parking near the war memorial (that parking was gone last year by 6:00 am). After that you'll see parking on your right, I want to say firefighters collected money last year. Or across the street at Centennial Park.

Backed 100%, their new album is excellent and I've never managed to see them live.

 

Not a a metal head/fan, but when The Melvin’s headlined the 15th anniversary party, that day was a blast, and that concert was fantastic.

If they were to get a super loud punk band in the same vein, I’d be very excited.

 

I've lost track of how many times I've seen them because they've opened on tons of tours - Darkest Hour, Rotten Sound, Napalm Death, Misery Index, Black Dahlia Murder, Beyond Creation, Hate Eternal, Death to All.

I do need to check out their new album. I've been taking in the new Primordial as of late.

 

During all that metal discussion interlude, I’m curious how many of those bands were made up at the expense of the ignorant...

 

Man, those first come, first serve Group A folks are gonna snag up all of the Gin-barreled Citra DDH hazy NELLIE Dark Lord, and the Papaya Mango Milkshake Dark Lord. Hoping to snag a Handjee in Group B for trade.

 

Are they playing DLD, too?

Disappointed at the pace of this thread, we're never going to beat last year at this pace!

Going to drink my De Muerte from last year tonight. Will report back tonight/tomorrow. I've had a '12 and a '16 and loved both of them.

Dark Lord is already milkshake thick. I wouldn't mind seeing more fruit varieties rather than spices... maybe a bramble berry BADL.

 

If they do fruit they should keep the yield low and put a 3 month expiration date on it.

No way we beat last year's thread. Last year you had two (maybe even 3) major topics which absolutely dominated for long stretches:

1) sudden change from first come, first serve to random
2) vintages being part of the equation instead of variants
3) dragon abortion band conceived

We're going to need at least one or two major sudden changes to approach last year's thread. Although I think we're comfortably going to beat 2016 DLD thread.

 

Guys, its Quality, not Quantity, what is there to beat?
you can't buy dark lord in 30 packs...
you can busch though.. your choice.
