    @mschrei @muchos
    Everyone's Waldos' Ale on the daily WBAYDN threads seem to pour with good head. Sadly, the bottles I purchased are clearly undercarbonated...if I poured that deeply, I would have no additional CO2 left in solution. It is delicious, but for a burly beer like this, some carbonation is a welcome addition.

    Would you please share with me the coding on your bottles?

    Cheers and thanks in advance!

    Got my hands on some Jai Alai. Its 19-3 Cavs at the moment, not an ideal start for my Pacers :grimacing:. Cheers.

    To my good friend @EMH73 . Went to Veil at 3:30 thinking I could get a good spot in line. Crazy shit going on there this week (two year anniversary). A million folks in the lot (ok I exaggerate). Could not find a parking spot in a two block radius. Even so, no way could my sorry ass could carry a case for two blocks.

    Anyway my friend., I owe you beer. Seems it may take awhile. My guess is you are cool with that.

    Namaste. Hope all is well.

    Mine doesn't have much head, but that was my pour. Tons of carbonation. This beer is nice!

    You know you’re a beer nerd ..... if you get up at 5 am to get a cardio workout in before you fly from South Bend to Minneapolis to attend a work show, then when you arrive in MSP, pick up your rental car, you realize you have 30 minutes to kill before you need to head to the show, so you head to the Total Wine that’s (relatively) on the way so you can check out the Minnesota hop bombs and find this gem. .....

    Daily lager review. This is okay stuff. Nice head retention/lacing, crystal clarity. Aromas and flavors of cracker, white bread, light biscuit/dough/corn, and mild herbal/grassy hop earthiness. A bit fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Very minimal herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Some bready/grainy malt and slight sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Thin/watery, but not too bland of a finish. Very refreshing and solidly flavorful, 4.2%. Perfectly clean lagering. Nicely clean barley/grain flavors and mild earthy hop balance. I put all of my reviews against the style expectations. This is an ultralight beer, it does a good job at being one without tasting like pure water IMO. Enjoyable. 3.16

    Batch 007. Fantastic DIPA. Awesome lasting head retention/lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, toasted bread, light caramel malts balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Minimal warming 8%. Spot on Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo hop profile as expected. Perfectly balanced juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. Would easily buy again. 4.23

    Boat Socks (which is a great name) by Hailstorm Brewing and Transient Artisan Ales is very good. In other news I am convinced it will never be warm here in Chicago. Cheers BAs!
