Heylo, on another note, did ya'll know that ANTEAD b1 was a different beer than ANTEAD b2?!

 

B2 hype was (in part) driven by marketing/getting the word out (e.g. wax, flashy packaging, variants). Once released, and the herd got their fill…Well, the hype is now a succeeding force with all “subsequent batches” (i.e. Hype for Stout >Dark Ales)

The hype was driven because it won gold at GABF before its release.

Well, maybe not fiasco, more like people bitching that they couldn't buy it.

You gotta hope that they produce more ANTEAD this year. I mean, demand has only gone up exponentially right? Or is there a reason they wouldn't?

 

But what will the hazebois drink?

We can hope for a small increase in production and a larger run of bottles. But I feel like ANTEAD will always be smaller batches, and the insane hype just makes it harder for the people who actually visit regularly to get it. But I can't complain I still got 3 of the 5 last year

 

They might use the smaller bottles. That would result in more bottles with the same amount of beer.

 

Was thinking the Beavertown approach:

 

I hope not, I get it for certain beers, like BA Morning and Evening where they were small amounts of an already bottled beer reserved for barrels. I'd hope ANTEAD stays in the 750 bottles, perfect amount to share with a few people where everyone gets a good pour still

Edit: plus that bottles become kind of iconic for them, any change to it and I can see people getting their panties in bunches and complaining even more than they already do lol

 

I'd like to see Cloud Cover in cans as the weather warms.

I'd like to see another run of Tiny Shells in the summer. Could drink a case of those during a summer BBQ down the shore and be in heaven.
