$2 more than BBA evening/morning Bell last year, I suppose there are more adjuncts, and falls in line with how regular Sunday brunch was $16 vs morning bells $13. But yeah, kinda pricey.

I'll still give it the college try, but I never make it in time for lotteries, as I log in at 12:01...

With fees it basically comes to $20 for 500mL of beer. That's expensive. Thankfully Kane has the regular version on at the tap room pretty consistently. They'll obviously have no problem selling this out in a heartbeat so hard to argue against it.

I totally get it's a business etc...but stinks to see our flat rate flights taken away and now 750mL bottles turned to 500mL for almost the same price. Best brewery in the state by a mile so it comes with the territory

I always wondered the reasoning for the getting rid of flat price flight. Maybe Glenn can answer??

Can also see it as 500ml allowed them to spread around more bottles. Allotments are 3pp as opposed to 2pp as in the past of B.B. silent night and the first B.B. morning bell run

Tasting room stuff isn't my specialty, but the "flat rate" flights were very limited, a lot of stuff wasn't available as part of a flight, so yeah it was cheap but you were basically looking at cores/seasonals. The a la carte pricing allows you to get whatever you want in a 4oz pour (within reason i think, certain very rare stuff may still be restricted? everything currently on the chalk board is available so I'm not sure...) but you have to pay accordingly. I think it's meshed well with our efforts to have more variety on tap in the tasting room.

I've enlisted my family members that are local. I've been shut out of each of the Eventbrite sales so I don't have much hope.

I got Object Permanence but that's because no one cares about barleywines.

OP was fantastic. much prefer that over the other BA Kane offerings (still have never had ANTEAD though, of any vintage or variety).

This one is super expensive, but I do like Sunday Brunch so will probably try for it.

Don't even need a lottery system for the Anniversary ales, and that's where the magic happens

I agree with this and think it works well. While I sometimes miss the super cheap flight, I rarely ever got flights except for when all the port omnas were up for flights years back. Now I can occasionally get one when there are some other none regular beers up and I want to try a small amount of each!

It stinks the added tax and fees are there now, but they almost have to because of the issues with lines and the neighbors complaining of parking and all that.

With SB/MB being 16 and 18 on their own, if these were brewery 750s I could see them being around 18 & 20, so $16 for these 500ml isn't too outrageous, just the added taxes and fees make it a bit more.

Man if this was next weekend I'd be all over it as I have a wedding in the area but I don't think I can swing it this weekend. Too had to get to Kane when you don't have a car unfortunately.
