Well I didn't win the duck race and the beer line got insane after it was over. So I headed home for this refresher after too much sun.

I think I might have a Corona in the fridge. I put that in the door panel, otherwise known as, "SHIT I DON'T DRINK." Although, if you've ever had the DDH Galaxy version of Corona, you might be pleasantly surprised. Too bad you have to stand in line for it.

    Cheers!!!

If I wasn’t a broke teacher I would never buy this shit. But hard to pass up at 75 cents a bottle. Especially in our ridiculously-priced state.

I have always said: "Drink what you like. F*ck everyone else." At the end of the day it's your palate, and sometimes, your budget.

I drank a Miller Lite this year, and I posted it on here. I'm not above it.

Back up at the camp this weekend. Drinking Adirondack beer in the Adirondacks, in between chores. There was still ice on the lake when I was up on Tuesday. It's all melted now.

Excellent Gose. Good head retention/lacing for the style. Bright clarity. Aromas and flavors of lightly tart/tangy passion fruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape, berry, and sea salt; with some wheat/crackery malt balance; light lacto funk and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang, and light salinity in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing acidic/tangy fruit dryness, no pucker. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4.3%. Really spot on Gose all around. Great balance between Lacto and fruit, with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone. Never overly lactic or salty. Would not mind this hitting distribution sometime. 4

Fantastic NEIPA. Nice head retention/lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins/rinds and increasing lingering bitter dryness. No hop astringency. Very drinkable, not overly aggressive, 6.75%. A bit more drying that expected for the style; but the hops are super vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy. Nice bready malt backbone with minimal residual sweetness. Looking forward to trying the other single hop Evolutions eventually. 4.2
