the ac broke yesterday at ac, it was hot and glorious at the same time. had some wilfred, igccs and fudge bucket...also lil pump. Pastry stouts in hot air is a new pastryboi move

 

Any idea if the bottles will last until tomorrow?

 

Cooler's fairly full, so I'd wager it lasts until tomorrow afternoon. There are rumors of variants later in the week as well...

 

So am I the only one thinking AC is cranking out a lot of bottles in a short time? Did they up production capacity recently?

 

There were rumors that they had planned on having more frequent bottle releases before the tbbw mess. I believe they now have a full brew shift, so they are indeed brewing more. The batches are probably the same size, just more frequent.

 

I'm hoping more releases means more non-stouts - to be honest, the chocolate/coffee/coconut pastries are starting to blend together a bit. Throw a Rainbow Sherbet at us with a little more frequency and I'm a happy dude.

 

Interesting. I'm surprised they have not canned another beer. Shoot if they canned Rainbow Sherbet those would sellout super quick.

 

We are on the same page with the sherbet.

 

They've been dialing in their IPA game too. I thought the last batch of Thought Process was fantastic, and really enjoyed Space Grass this week. I think they've got enough can-worthy beers at this point to make it a fairly regular thing.

 

I'd love that strawberries and cream berliner they did a bit ago. Kind of looked like joose from answer

And by that I mean it is available in crowlers right now. Unless they sold out already.

 

Yeah that's why I mentioned it in cans.

 

I didn't see anyone mention that it was in crowlers, so wanted to make sure people knew that it's at least available to take home in some form.

I'd definitely keep my fridge stocked if they did four packs of cans though.

 

What are the variant rumors? I'm curious.

 

Someone told me woke went into barrels a while ago...Can't tell you how excited I am for that if it's true.

Didn't AC rent a canning machine and back it up to the brewery to can last time? Can't remember who told me that, I don't think they have their own canning line.
