I don't know if I have overlooked this or not...I'll be out visiting at the end of the month. I wanted to buy bottles to bring back with me and wanted to be sure bottles are for sale to the general public. A friend of mine thought you had to be part of a society to buy the to go bottles.

 

Don't know if it's changed or not, but I went with a friend about a year and a half ago and we picked up some bottles to go without any kind of membership.

 

Most of the bottle sales are to the public, and right now they have 6 of them. (Typically though, they usually have around 2 varieties available).

They also have member-only bottles, but those aren't publicly advertised.

Anyone have an update on bottles? Called... no answer (busy, I get it) but just wondering.

 

A buddy of mine went near 6ish. Said down to the last few cases.

 

Santa Cruz portal ran out around 6:30pm. I went to the Capitola taproom and got my bottles at 7:15ish. I believe they still had several cases, and I don't think it was completely gone when I left at close, but no guarantees they will still have it in the morning.

 

They ended up having just a few cases left in the morning in Capitola. Snagged my two there.

 

Well hopefully your timing is REALLY good and u end up there tomorrow (Sat 5/26) for their 6th anniversary party and bottle release. Check out InsTagram. They’re being hush hush about what else may be going on there in terms of a taplist but hopefully there’ll be some nice surprises. On a side note I’m really surprised how little feedback and information there is on this thread. Clearly SARA has been on a great roll lately with tons of bottle availability and nice, new bottle releases. I only just learned about them 3 years ago so I’m a little late to the game but have really enjoyed going there and how readily available their bottles have become. I guess this thread is really a reflection of how SARA really is...super chill and low key.

 

The forum on the “other” site is pretty active. This thread has always been pretty quiet.
