I still think "Vanilla Caviar" is a bad name for this beer. People in this very thread have already thought there was literal caviar in it, when they're just going for something "rich" sounding. It's a weird choice. Sort of like registering to line up would be a weird choice.

 

Every time I see something relating to this release, it just pisses me off. Going to be such a shit show. What, Henna b3 went too smothly so next release needs to be double fucked up than usual?

 

It's like More got annoyed today that The Hype Meter had fallen the last 2 Days so they put this on IG to juice the meter back up..it seems like they will be only satisfied with three days of chaos in Vila Park..Beer seems almost secondary at this point to them

 

They could have called it Vanilla Dog Shit and there would still be 1k people lined up to buy it.

I figured the reason they called it this might be the result of the image of real vanilla bean ice-cream that has vanilla bean integrated in. You'd see those black specs.

No doubt it's an odd name choice, and definitely alludes to not just decadence, but also the "class" of beer. Caviar is something integral to the well off. It conjurs up images of champagne and glamorous parties. No coincidence they started with this as their first release, and went with a gold label that only serves to further the belief that drinking this means you're drinking the best.

7:00 is going to be a shit show. They having police and 3rd parties unforce the no lining up rule, but the 7:00 stampede is going to be nuts.

 

Yeah, but even real vanilla bean ice cream looks nothing like caviar. Caviar is much larger, even the smaller kinds.

That ordinance was in place the first two releases along with police patrolling.

 

The caviar is the actual insides of pod, it's a term used beyond this beer.
