BA Freedom Stout at Vindication is very tasty...if it's still on. They did a single keg of it...just as they're about to close...

I'm a big fan of the Comrade Quit Stalin variants from this weekend, too.
The sleeper beer for #pastry fans is that apple pie malt liquor.

So, some information on Javanilla since it's a BA stout.

    1) Uses Jamaican Blue mountain coffee. 2.1x the amount used in Java Fidy (b1)
    2) Uses Tahitian vanilla beans
    3) It is the 2nd most expensive beer they have ever made
    4) It's good, but doesn't taste exactly like "Peace be the Journey"
    5) The next BA TenFidy variant will be Mocha Tenfidy.

$12.50 for the 16.9 oz can, I know Boulder is out and I'm betting Longmont is too.
No clue what NC has going on

NC didn't get any. Longmont is surely out (it looked like they were going to run out about 2 hours after the release started). The cans are 19.2 oz stovepipes.

Is that in cans? Their normal pumpkin is one of the only ones I still buy.

I had a Growler of it. I'm pretty sure that it's not packaged yet but they certainly should.

I'm sure it was when they started aging it in the whiskey barrels.

I live about a mile and a half from Upslope and haven’t heard, or seen that beer. They use local pumpkins for the base beer, but I still can’t get into them(pumpkin beers). Maybe a 10 oz. pour of the whiskey aged variety would hit the spot on a chilly Spring evening? Although we haven’t had too many of those lately. It sounds like this could be a different pumpkin based beer all together? Upslope should of brewed a second batch later in the season and then put that batch into whiskey barrels to be ready for this coming Fall? Who knows, you usually start seeing pumpkin beers in August and most are brewed with frozen pumpkin purée because the local pumpkin harvest is usually in late September and October, for the most part.

I feel pretty confident that this is the whiskey-barrel barleywine (with pumpkin added) that they brewed a couple years ago... they break out kegs of it every now and then and for special events. They were pouring it at this past year's anniversary party.

Drinking Copper Kettle Maple Snowed In. I'm a fan of regular Snowed In, but I have to say the maple isn't all that great, it's OK at best.
It somehow ended up being neither mapley, coffeey nor bourbony.
There's a light sweetness too it, but I'm not pegging "maple".
'tis a shame because they have bottles left, but I can't bring myself to go for it.

They haven't really nailed maple in anything I've had from them. In fact, I'm not a huge fan of their adjunct game at the moment. Early on they were heavy handed with the adjuncts in all of their candy beers. Now I think they do the exact opposite. They're no longer putting out random disasters, but I think they missed their chance for some #pastryhype.
