To address the first post of this entire thread, the updated weather report (as of today 5/11/18) is 70 and partly sunny, sandwiched between a similar outlook for Friday and Sunday.

I post this only to sufficiently jinx everything and kick the forces of nature back into their normal Dark Lord Day fury.

 

Interesting that Ticket Resolution and Wristband Activation are inside the Main Gate....

Gregg is a super good dude and has been bartending at FFF for a long time now. Miss going to the pub and shooting the shit with him. It’ll be awesome to see him at DLD DJ’ing some bad ass metal.

Everyone who has Will Call tickets have their name on a list.

Wristband Activation is only necessary for linking a credit card, and is optional. You don't need to activate to enter the fest and get your allotment.

 

The Metal Vinyl

In the past few weeks, Metal Vinyl Weekend has posted about Sleep, Bongripper, and Wu-Tang. I think this is going to bode well for everybody.

Map is very similar to last years layout, which I think was very well done. I like that the taps are named so its easier to say whats where. Nice to see the band out of the way and the 6 am holding pen return.

 

No you don't get it, they are named because those are the only beers that will be on tap at each tent.
