    Stone IPA? Umm Yes please!

The "new" Dry hop blend has in my opinion had a major impact on this brew. Why? Well we get most of our flavor from aroma for starters. I like this new stone but feel the original was better.

    Cheers!

This is insane! Head retention/lacing lasts forever. Flavors of huge lemon, orange, grapefruit, banana, bubblegum, peach, pineapple, pepper, clove, and light pine hops/yeast; with balanced wheat, white bread dough malts; herbal/floral/grassy hop, and yeasty earthiness. Very mild pine/herbal/grassy bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very creamy, silky, bready, velvety wheat mouthfeel that is perfect. Slight sticky hops and increasing bitter/spicy dryness. Refreshingly drinkable. Very flavorful/rich for the ABV. This is basically just Weihenstephaner hefe with American hops for added character. Perfectly balanced yeast complexity, hops, and pale/wheat malts. I'd put this equal to the base hefeweizen easily. Need to revisit the regular Weihenstephan super soon. Best in the style I've had for both.

Outstanding quad! Glad these are year round and 4 packs. Flavors of raisin, plum, fig, date, lightly tart cherry, apple, pepper, clove, brown sugar, brown bread, toffee, vanilla, toasted oak, bourbon, coconut, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast/oak spice and light fruit tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full bodied. Creamy/grainy malt with slight slick/syrupy notes in the mouthfeel; but still ending nicely crisp and drying from carbonation. Awesome barrel balance, with great well rounded complexity from yeast and malts. Very smooth sipping, mildly warming 11.2%. I keep buying more singles every so often. Great price. Hoping to see Sixth Glass 4 packs eventually, still hasn't happened. The whiskey barrel stout, grand cru, and this are all very close in rating for me.

Back in my central MN home after my western Wisconsin/Twin Cities trip today, and yet another new beer, and new to the system.

    Pitchfork Brewing Scotch Ale.

Not too sure what to think about it, but it's growing on me.

Pours quite dark with a 2 finger off white head. The retention is good, but there's minimal lacing on the glass.
The nose is minimal. There's just a slight malt aroma, and it's slightly sweet.
Taste - hmmmm. Up front is a malty flavor. On the backside it turns hoppy. I really don't know how better to describe the flavor.
Feel - a bit watery, to be honest. I would expect a fuller body with the ABV, and the style.
It's ok, but I think it could be better.

Should have posted this when I was at Flat Earth, since it was the Hamm's Brewey in the past.

About what I expected. I like it more than all of Madtree's hoppy stuff, and not nearly as much as any of Fatheads' hoppy stuff. Perfectly good, and goes down awfully easy for a bigger beer.

If "LNBA" has a new meaning of "Lethargic Nightly Belligerent Assholes", I'm in. Sounds like guaranteed enjoyment, as no one will remember a thing.

Otherwise, I don't know what the f@#! you're talking about.
