My buddies first DLD last year and he is a huge FFF fan and had his full allotment stolen even though we had our bags surrounded by our group of 20+. It happened really fast and needless to say he was bummed the rest of the afternoon and totally ruined his first DLD experience. Our buddies all chipped in and put together his full allotment ( he got 2 vintages ) to make him whole again and he is returning this year as my plus 1. Needless to say his allotment will never be put down this time. Sad this happens but as mentioned keep an eye on your shit.

I am not sure I have the patience to wait to find out what variant I get but I am seriously thinking to not pick up my allocation until I am ready to leave since if you miss your group you can pick up in a later group. This way I just won't have to even worry about it.

 

Still seems like biggest chance of rain is early morning in line. Looks to be moving out by opening.

 

Alright, back from having to actually work for a while....

I have a feeling a lot of people will be doing this. I can foresee some long allotment lines as the day goes on.

 

I'm (unnecessarily) anxious about missing my group A window, but I'm kind of leaning towards this method. Or at least waiting until I've emptied the share bottles from my bag.
