Holy shit Lush Life is great. It’s like a super luxurious dry hopped version of Pineal. And I love Pineal. It’s one of my top three from them for sure.

Exactly what I said but apparently they're "completely different beers" although they both are honey IPAs at it's core

    Pineal is mosaic and Simcoe.

Lush life is mosaic, Simcoe, Citra and galaxy.

Both have honey obviously, but Lush life has a ton more adjuncts.

    It’s like a base 5 series versus an M5, I guess.

In reading through the thread am I getting the right feeling that on most Sundays I can pop into the General Store and grab some Hop Hands and whatever bottles might be of interest without worrying about a line? If my timing is more like noon, sounds like I can also pop over to the Cafe for some crowlers? Saison Hands would usually be on but hoppier offerings would be hit or miss at the Cafe on a Sunday? I will be down in a few months and won't have much time to spend to get back to the home front. Thanks.

Hophands cans and available bottles all the time at the GS. All offerings at the brew cafe are typically available for crowlers as long as they are on tap. Only exception is when the brew cafe has a milkshake on tap. Check their Instagram and they will typically confirm a beer is available for crowlers.

That being said, might be worth checking in closer to when you are planning to come as this is sort of a moving target and things can change.

I have a feeling it will be a modest week since they are blowing their load for the anniversary event.

Nice! Alien Church it is. I'll pass on the $24 "ocean air", will be getting plenty of that for free over the weekend in Wildwood. On another note, a lot of limeade'ish beers coming from them lately.

I really could use some fresh AC for the holiday weekend, might have to stop on my way down the shore tonight.

It's worth pointing out that the last batch of Alien Church was fucking amazing.

    That is all.

Having a tough time deciding whether that Hemingway sounds delicious or awful, but the price tag is certainly tipping the scales against grabbing some.

any one tried the Hemingway Daiquiri yet? Wondering if it's worth picking up a 4-pack after work today.

Can't speak for the Hemingway, as I had no interest in another lime beer.. However. this batch of Church is fantastic!!
